    5 oz Chicken Breast/ Mrs Dash
    2 c Spinach sautéed 1 tsp EVOO/ Sea Salt
    2 Tbsp WF Thick & Spicy BBQ Sauce (this taste good in Spinach too)
    Tisane Tea

    Snack:
    IP Dill Pickle Zippers
    1 c low sodium Dill Pickles

    Quinoa Porridge - 1 c. cooked quinoa, 1/2 c. almond milk, 1/2 sliced banana, 1 oz almonds, cinnamon, drizzle WF maple syrup

    Lunch @ Noonish
    2 c. Roasted Broccoli
    2 Boca Burger (All American Classic w/ non-GMO soy) patties

    Dinner @ 6ish
    half a package of Organic Soy Tempeh
    1 T. Heinz RS Ketchup
    2 C. Roasted Zucchini "crisps"

    *7ish Full Body Circuit, approx. 40 mins
    & 20 Min run

    Snack @ 8ish
    Cran-Granata Bar
    possibly a Chia Seed Shake - 1 C. Almond Milk, 1 T. Chia Seeds, 1 packet Stevia, Cinnamon

    at least 80 oz of water

    2c Broccoli and Cauliflower
    Broccoli and Cauliflower IP

    Snack:
    1/2 Blueberry Shake
    Salad with Homemade dressing

    Dinner:
    Omelet with 2 c bell peppers

    Snack:
    EAS Chocolate Shake

    Chocolate Muscle Milk Light (spinach smoothie)<--EAS Carb Control is better!

    2 cups Half-Caf Coffee & 2 cups Ice
    1 Splenda

    Lunch@12pm:
    IP Chicken Soup
    Roasted Cauliflower, Celery, Garlic Puree
    Salad w/EVOO+Apple Cider Vineger

    Snack@4pm:
    IP Vanilla Pudding
    Miracle Noodles Rice
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract

    *2.0mi walk @ 6:15pm

    Dinner@8pm

  • I don't have my meals planned. But thus far I've had 2 egg whites and 1 egg scrambled topped with cheddar cheese for breakfast and one chocolate EAS shake for lunch. I need a snack...maybe some veggies.
