Default Airplane?

I know how strict airports can be. Does anyone know if they will let me on the plane with the ideal packs? Also can I have 1 cheat day?

I would suggest calling the airline and speaking to someone there and let them know about what you want. I would think if you ran it by them and they were to check it prior to the flight it might be ok. Also it could depend on food regulations and crossing borders, be it state or country.

I have flown several times with packages in my carry-on with no trouble.

As long as you don't go with a RTD that is over 100ml, there shouldn't be any problems. I've travelled with packets in the past without any worries.

Same here. Used to travel with packets all of the time, just no RTD, never had any problems. Even brought my shaker.

No one touched on this, but if you are P1, you cannot have a cheat day. Cheat days are only allowed in P4/maintenance, to be followed by a P1 day.

You'll have no problem getting through airport security with the packets.

i have been on IP for 10 weeks and flown twice in that time. don't bring anyR RTDs through security, put those in checked baggage.

If you are checking most of your stuff, make sure you look at the timing of your flight. You want to make sure you have enough food to get you through your drop off at the airport, through the flight, and even through picking up your bags. You'd be surprised how long it really takes!!!

I like to bring my shaker, a drink mix, and a bar or soy puffs just in case.
