So I just went to the fridge to get my veggies out for lunch and realized I forgot them! I managed to find four pickle spears I could eat but other than that I don't have anything handy and there isn't any place nearby I can grab some. Anyone know how bad it is to skip the veggies for one meal?
Just make sure you get in the total 4 cups today.
Don't have to be eaten WITH the meal, per se.
