It's MONDAY! What Are You Eating Today?
Phase 1
Breakfast:
Black Coffee
IP Chocolate Drink (Shake)
1 c Spinach
Lunch:
IP Chicken a la King
1 c Cauliflower
1 tsp EVOO
Snack:
Raspberry Jelly
Dinner:
10 oz raw frozen Shrimp
Romaine Lettuce ,1 c raw Red Onion, Celery, Cucumber, 1 tsp EVOO, Lemon Juice
Miracle Noodles
1/4 c WF Alfredo Sauce
Snack:
IP Dill Pickle Zippers
2 Garlic Dill Pickles

I like this thread idea. Keeps us accountable for our plan to stay OP.
Phase 2:
Breakfast: 6:30am
IP Omelet
9 tbsp liquid egg whites added to make 2 smaller omelets
& Vitamins, novi-lax
Lunch: Noonish
5 oz Chicken Breast cooked w/ Mrs. Dash & EVOO Spray
2 cups Roasted Broccoli
Dinner: 6:00pm
5 oz Chicken Breast cooked w/ Mrs. Dash & EVOO Spray
2 cups Roasted Broccoli
& Vitamins, potassium supplement
Snack: 9:00pm
Mango RTD
5-6 (20 oz) Bottles of water

Happy Monday!
breakfast was a "dreamsicle" - 1/2 vanilla pudding packet w/ 1/2 orange drink packet
lunch - 2c cauliflower w/ mushroom soup packet
snack (I do mine in the afternoon) - choc soy nuts
dinner - tbd after I get home from the grocery store, LOL - but I do have kale in the fridge that needs to be turned into kale chips and zucchini also - just have to figure out what my protein will be.

IP Alternative Hot Instant Cereal w 1/4 cup of Atkins RTD + cinnamon
Lunch:
Dr. B's Tomatoe & Basil soup, w 1 cup steamed celery blended in + tbsp dehyrated onion and parlsey flakes
Romaine lettuce (about 1 cup) with 1 cup combined cuke/radish/celery/grn pepper + 2 tbsp WF salad dressing
1 cup rhubarb
Liberal sprinkle of sea salt on salad
Snack - about 3pm:
Pure Protein Double Choc bar & Peppermint Herb Tea
Dinner:
6 oz Top Sirloin Steak (had steak last night too... I bought a package of 2 on Saturday, and put them both in marinade yesterday... no more beef for me for rest of this week)
Romaine Lettuce w 1 cup salad veg, as above with lunch. WF dressing
Liberal sprinkling of sea salt on steak & salad
1 cup rhubarb
Snack:
Before Bed Protein Snack: Natural Factors Whey Factors Shake
Throughout day... pure water... or water flavored with acv...or MIO... or True lemon crystallized crystals.

2 turkey sausages
1 slice Julian low-carb bread
1 tbsp low-fat butter and WF strawberry jam
1 grapefruit w/stevia
Pot of chai tea
Snack: (I need something or I get oogy)
spinach smoothie w/kale
WF choc dip, soy protein powder
Ice
1/2 c almond milk
Lunch:
big salad w/hot italian turkey sausage
spinach, mushrooms, broco-slaw, lettuce
WF tomato basil sauce and parmesan cheese, extra spices added
Snack:
probably have some kale flatbread that I just made
Dinner:
Probably have tillapia
vegees stir-fry on big bed of lettuce, garlic, hot peppers added
WF apricot w/soy and vinegar, 5 spice theme
Dessert:
? maybe more yogurt and fruit, or a popsicle...

This thread is so helpful giving me some good ideas for additional food choices. My coach said not to measure the spinach cooked not raw. Is this right?

Hi qsuzi, you measure your veggies raw thats because they shrink when you cook them.
