Default Ideal Protein Spring Challenge (may-june)

Its that time again, another challenge is in order to help keep us focused and on track. This one will Be a Spring challenge because SPRING is in the air. We are all going to SPRING into action and lose this weight before summer. Last challenge as a group we loss 1220lbs...that is AMAZING!!!....lets see if we can get MORE off on the SPRING challenge.

Fill in your name or screen name, starting weight and your ending weight of where you want to be and it will automatically do everything else for you....GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE!

Thank wuv...its just amazing to me that even if i was to go down to 150lbs (which i will decide after seing a surgeon), it baffles me that i have less than 15lbs to go. I honestly can say i never thought i would get there!

I'm in and excited! My next "personal goal" is ONEDERLAND!

Hello, I like the idea of the challenge! I am new to this forum. I have read some amazing stories and have been getting tons of usual information by reading this forum. I started IP April 13th and really like it so far. I started at 148 and am now 140. My goal is 120. The only thing is that I find I am really physically tired! I just don't feel as energetic when doing yard work, etc. I don't mind because I will do whatever it takes to reach my goal. Thank you all for all of your great posts. Now......on with the challenge!
