Probably thawed. I think in cases like that, the nutritionals refer to the way the food is eaten unless otherwise specified.

Also - please say a prayer for my coach. She just put in paperwork at an adoption agency and would make a wonderful mother!
congrats on your WI! Prayers sent for your coach. Our youngest is adopted. I hope she will one day be as blessed as we have been.

Adoptive Dad here. My little angles are 4, 6 & 9. Adoption is truly wonderful. Best of luck to the kids and parents.

Congrats WUV, you have had an amazing journey......all the best to the end

I have had a pretty good day today, although a disappointment for breakfast. I mistakenly bought the chocolate pudding mix instead of the chocolate drink mix....I opened two packs one for my sake with spinach and one to test chocolate pancakes. NOT the same'..........I soooooo love the chocolate drink....they were out of it last week, so I was looking forward to it this morning . I called my clinic and told them my dilemma and said to bring it back and they would switch it. Wew!!! Disaster adverted! The coaches there are really great, give me samples every week to try....and really motivating. The pancake turned out ok with the chocolate pudding, but would like to try the "real" one lol
Went to the States shopping again today and couldn't find the miracle noodles but found the shirataki. I am going to see if I can find the miracle noodles on line and order them. Can't remember what people do with them tho, so I will have to search that.

Now to read the rest of the post.....have a good evening everyone!

I have a new favorite IP drink. Today I mixed the powders of the vanilla shake and the orange drink together. It tasted just like a creamsicle! I divided the powder mixture in half before mixing one shake. That way I can make it again another day.
You can also try the MIO water flavoring Orange tangerine instead of using 2 packets. When I ate my crawfish, my mom measured out 2lbs for me in a bucket. Have them boil, mushrooms and onions as well and some asparagus so you can get some veggies in there too ...enjoy!

thanks everyone, I went shopping at the avenue for some new pants and I fit in a size 20!!...a year ago I couldn't fit in ANY of there clothes 30-32 was too small!.Found a new pair of pants for $9.96...woohoooooooo

Happy anniversary, Wuv Your story is so inspirational!!

Found a great surprise today- went to a healthy grocery and found almost all the WF products in the store- no more shipping charges

I put a little less than a tablespoon of WF marshmallow dip in my choc shake today. YUM. Just when you thing the choc shake couldnt be better Also thinking about trying a dab of WF peanut butter in my chicken stir fry for a Thai kind of flare...

OK, so I'm am super giggly, and this is not IP related...but...I just found out I can get insurance for only like $125 for a month (have a month's gap between employers) instead of having to pay $750 for COBRA! I'm literally so hyper right now I could run a mile! (or at least the first 200 feet of it...)

Hi Andie, is this a restricted item? Sounds yummy.
