Default egg and egg - eggwhite

Hi everyone,
I am working on getting all of my protein in... as I have not been able to and when I got weighed this week, I am losing muscle
so.. for dinner I had 4 oz of chicken - does anyone know how much an egg counts toward the protein.. and how much an egg white counts.

also... how do you count tuna? drain and weigh?

Thanks so much !

For tuna- definitely drain and weigh. My coach said 3 eggs would be a full portion of protein.

Do you eat btwn 5-8oz a day?

To lose a lot most people will have to lose some muscle...you just won't need as much anymore.
But make sure you get in your 8 oz a day...

I asked this exact question to my coach a while ago:

I was also worried about this as I buy pre-packaged chicken breasts and they are each 4-6 oz. I emailed my coach about it and she said to have 6-9 tbsp of liquid egg whites per day along with the chicken. Liquid egg whites are really low on calories, no carbs and fat free. For 3 tbsp, it's 5 grams of protein. Each morning either i'll add 6 tbsp of liquid egg whites to my IP omelet or make an all egg white omelet with them and have my bar. I find it helps keep me full for the morning until lunch!
