Day 3 is over and I am feeling pretty good, but still hungry. No headaches or extraordinary fatigue, but the hunger thing is tough.
Just some random thoughts I have while trying to figure this whole IP program out.... Is 1 pickle considered 1 veggie serving (cup) or is there a better way to measure? How about egg whites? How many egg whites equal how many protein servings?
Well, 8oz = 1 cup so if the pickle is around that, then that's how I would tally it. Also, 1/3c of egg whites = 2 eggs. Not sure but I think you can only count 2 eggs towards your protein allowance but that includes the yolk so if you have just the egg whites, you may get away with more.
