I dont think it will do much at all. Espec. since you are active. From what i've seen, just continue on your reg. daily routine and you will be fine. You may lose a day of ketosis but you should be back in the next day. My friend cheated hard, i mean hard one day... like pizza, ice cream and cake! She got knocked off ketosis but was back on the following day.. ok so 1 day and a half.. but if you only had that litte.. i think you should befine. You will know the next day if you are kicking the carbs.. you will be great! Keep it up! Dont fret.
BTW she still had a loss that week at her WI
