I am able to comfortably sit in an airline seat in coach and the seat belt is no longer a challenge. My cravings have changed from sweets to salads. It's easier to get on my horse. I've had to buy a SMALLER shoe size---that one blew my mind. I've given away clothes that are now too big for me, before IP I would have held onto them, you know, just in case. Probably the best for me is when my DH tells me I'm pretty or sexy I believe him now.
Gosh, I'm practically tearing up as I type that. This is a great thread---very motivational for me. Thanks.

First, I'm still amazed that it's actually working for me. WW, calorie counting and many, many other attempts to lose weight have not. I can't tell you how many hours I spent counting points, attempting to calculate ridiculously difficult formulas for recipes... to see a .3 lb loss on WW.

I was skeptical that IP would really work for me, and I'm thrilled that it is!

Also, I sleep better.
I feel refreshed in the morning, not groggy.
My skin is more radiant.
I have many less migraines.
I feel more confident in my body.

All in all, I couldn't be happier!

So uplifting to hear all these things!!

Since I have not been on but a few days I haven't really noticed much. I did notice that I don't have heart burn, even using vinegar all the time.

This thread is why I know I will be successful and not give up!

I've started dating and I feel more confident meeting men. I no longer cringe when I look in the mirror. When I lay on my side I can feel my knee bones touching because the cushioning around my legs is reduced! My horse no longer bucks when I canter him and we can go fast for long periods of time. Love all my horses!!

Since starting IP three weeks ago I am down 11 lbs. I had to come off my metformin because my doctor said that I cant do both IP and take the medicine. You know the one I choose; IP right. So happy to come off one of the medicines. Now I am working on coming off the sleeping pills. But I have much more energy since loosing the weight. Looking forward to cleaning up the whole house today!

My friends love to remind me a couple years ago on WW I had 13 weeks in a row of .2 all that work to lose 2.6 pounds. I love IP I am a slowwwww loser but I still seem to get around 2 pounds a week.
