First, I'm still amazed that it's actually working for me. WW, calorie counting and many, many other attempts to lose weight have not. I can't tell you how many hours I spent counting points, attempting to calculate ridiculously difficult formulas for recipes... to see a .3 lb loss on WW.
I was skeptical that IP would really work for me, and I'm thrilled that it is!
Also, I sleep better.
I feel refreshed in the morning, not groggy.
My skin is more radiant.
I have many less migraines.
I feel more confident in my body.
All in all, I couldn't be happier!
