I've seen some reviews. Most said it wasn't worth the $10. For recipes I use this site and Pinterest. For journal I use MFP. I like the price better

According to my coach:
No more than 1000 cals/day (I average 750-950)
Net carbs per day (total minus fiber) shouldn't go over 40
I track protein, fat, carbs, fiber daily on My Fitness Pal
You can change the settings online but not on the mobile app
