Post Breakfast?

So I have my second weight in tomorrow but I'm also getting more IP packets. I basically drink the chocolate drink and eat the puddings and that's it so far. I tried the omlet and cereal and thought they were awful! Are there other good breakfast foods? Also I LOVE all the bars, so I buy those but are there any other good snacks I should tryy? Help pleasee!

I love the Wildberry yogurt drink for my breakfast. Sometimes I also eat pudding, maybe more for the sake of rubbing into others around me that I can eat pudding for breakfast and still lose weight . . .

Great breakfast items include the hot choco, cappuccino, wildberry yogurt drink and mango RTD among many many others. I have my bar every morning for breakfast but have had those mentioned above as well. Good luck to you.

I enjoy the Wildberry Yogurt, too, along with the chocolate drink. Sometimes I make the chocolate pancake as a muffin/cake-y thing. Tomorrow I'm going to try the vanilla drink as an exploding mug cake (see FinnSteven's recipe thread.) I also like the oatmeal and rhubarb thing.

I thought the plain omelet was miles tastier than the fines herbs omelet. If I make an omelet, I usually make it for lunch, first sauteing a bunch of veggies, then adding the eggs in. Oh yeah, also on FinnSteven's thread is a great zucchini pancake recipe. That's pretty good, too.

Are you a coffee drinker? I love adding my chocolate drink to my morning 2 cups of coffee. It feels very satisfying to me.

I often have butterscotch pudding with spice tea added and heated. Yum!
I like the herb and cheese omlette, but I didn't the first time I had it. Try things again a couple weeks later and see.
Otherwise I make a pudding into a shake and drink it down. I don't expect every meal to be exciting!
The soups make excellent lunch, but need added spices and veggies for real flavor.

My 2 favorite breakfasts are the Oatmeal packet made as pancakes and the pudding packets made as waffles. I found both recipes in the recipe "stickies". I recall that FinnSteve has quite a few helpful tips about making the pudding as waffles.

I love the vanilla drink (mixed) with a large cup of coffee added to it. It's like a venti vanilla latte. Yum! I save my restricted stuff for lunch b/c the veggies and lettuce aren't all that great. A bar or dill pickle zippers really spruce up lunchtime for me. Good luck!

I just eat the same things and love them! On P1 I had a double chocolate bar for breakfast and chocolate drink for lunch and night snack. On P2 it's the same except for the lunch 'cause I'm eating non IP protein.

Edit: I sometimes would get the cappuccino drinks and instead of water use cold coffee shake and serve on ice! YUM!!!

A total creature of habit - I have a bar and a big cup of tea every morning for breakfast. Sometimes I think about trying another IP food item for breakfast, but that would mean I couldn't have a bar then. No thanks!

The apple cinnamon puffs and peanut butter puffs are good for breakfast. My standard breakfast was either the chocolate drink mix or wildberry yogurt drink mix made with ice and water as a shake.

I am a creature of habit as well as many others here. I have had the herb & cheese omelt every morning up until last week. (7 weeks). Now I cant seem to get it down. Lately I have been having the crispy cereal pancakes (these are wonderful) or a chocolate shake. Today I will be trying the blueberry pancakes (blueberry pudding & crispy ceral).

Good Morning All,

I really enjoy the orange juice and the cappachino I make it with black coffee and I eat the crispy cereal..........there are a lot of foods I want to try. The great part of our plan is as long as its on IP you can have it so if you want bars or soup for breakfast go for it!!

I really enjoy the omelet. Just finished one with some curry powder and pepper mixed in. I am also doing alternatives so I have two slices of wheat toast with Dijon mustard and have two half sandwiches and still enough omelet left for several more bites.

Have you tried mixing your favorite veggies into the omelet? The crispy cereal tastes kinda nasty to me but I am okay drinking/eating it.

I love the chocolate powdered drinks and the cappuccino, going to pick up my order this morning and have a box of each ordered.

Do you make that using 1/2 of each packet?
