  • Okay, I thought maybe a thread on what we love, right now, with whatever stage we are in, to celebrate life and this journey would be a fun thing to do...

    I Love:
    - that I can see my muscles forming in my calves, as I do my walking and elliptical and rebounder.
    - that I have reawakened the joy of cooking again and trying new things
    - that people say I look younger now

  • The 3 things I love about IP are
    - My friend did even recognize me at the mall (its been 1 ½ months since we saw each other)
    - My body doesn’t hurt as much from carrying around an extra 27 lbs
    - I don’t feel like garbing, from eating garbage food, who would have thought I would crave veggies?
  • Three things I love about My IP experience so far:
    - I am no longer the heaviest person in my dance class
    - My "fat jeans" are now too loose on me (and headed for charity)
    - I am learning to cook for the first time in my life (and believe it or not, I am over 50 years old! Better late than never, right?)

    OK, I have to add a 4 th: all the "new friends" and support I have thanks to this forum.

    When my daughter's boyfriend compliments me

  • Three things I love about IP
    -Shopping for new clothes
    -How much easier it is ,after losing 97 pounds, to get around
    -My attitude is better

    I love the energy I have from loosing 30 lbs so far

    Feeling good enough to walk and bike my dogs
    Being off nasty medicine I had for Met Syndrome
    Feeling good and much happier

    Oooh can't stop at three...

    Buying out the GW of cheap, cute clothes
    My new wig! sexy
    No more snoring or heartburn
    Learning about whole food eating
    Having my son loose a large amount of weight with me!!!
    Feeling ready to try new things
  • Having energy
    Starting to feel like I have a waist again
    Eating healthy and setting a good example for my kids
  • I read this forum a lot more than I post... but here's mine

    1. I love that my mom and I are on this diet together. We've both said we aren't sure we'd have stuck to it if it weren't for the other. And in 3 months for her and 2.5 months for myself, we've lost a combined 70 lbs

    2. I love the reactions I'm getting from people. Running into people I haven't seen in a while is the best. It's not that I'm not happy on my own with the results, because I am, but I'm getting big compliments on a daily basis.

    3. I love that I'm actually excited about going shopping for a new swimsuit soon... I mean... never in my wildest dreams did I think that would happen.. yet here I am!
  • 1. Walking into a room or sitting in a chair and not feeling "big".

    3. My sex-drive in overdrive...or should I say my husband loves this
  • I love:

    1. being able to wear Jeans that button and zip instead of sweat pants everyday.

    2. That the plantar fasciitis on the bottom of my feet has gone away after 3 years and I no longer have daily pain.

    3. Styling my hair, putting on make up and actually caring what I look like.
  • 3 Things I Love:
    1. Wearing pants that were unbearably tight before.. Along with that, the small space that's forming between my legs. I'm short so that's hard to accomplish!
    2. Having control of what I put in my mouth. Food no longer controls me!
    3. Everything i've learned about eating right and finally realizing I was never living a healthy lifestyle. I now know how to stay healthy with whole foods.
    Along with that, I've learned more about prioritizing. Being with the people you love isnt about what food you eat or which restaurant to go to.. it's about enjoying each other's company.
  • I LOVE


    1. Feeling in control of my life again (it has been a long time)
    2. Looking my best before leaving my house everyday
    3. When my daughters tell me how proud they are of me.
