If you're gut is telling you to stay in by all means do what feels best. Supportive friends would understand and not make you feel bad, and if you're that close (which it sounds like you are) just let them know how they make you feel. And, since they are good friends they should knock it off. Just keep up your great work and know this IP P1 isn't forever. Soon you'll be back in the swing of things with them and LOOKING INCREDIBLY HOT!

Thank You for sharing this. You have given me inspiration on this journey, we are about the same size, and it is nice to have someone on the same journey have such great results. Funny thing when I compare myself to others I never think that they are working to keep the weight off, I think that is natural until recently. I've watched some of my co -workers and friends and the ones who are at an ideal weight do pay attention to their habits of eating and drinking.
