Wuv, we seem to be on a roller coaster when we get to phase 3. I always seem to go back to phase 1. What can we do different so we do not have to keep going back to phase 1.

So I was out of town on my usual weigh in day and I don't get to go until tonight after 5. I usually weigh in on Tuesdays at 1. I feel like it has been forever since I last weighed in. I can't wait to see where I am at. I hope that I still have a good loss. Hope everyone else has a great day!

Looks like there are quiet of few of us that work from home. I think Phase 3 is just getting all of the things we are not used of eating back in your body and trying to get used of them again, carbs and sugars. It is expected (i believe) when you go into Phase 3 to have a gain. It is a good feeling though to know that I can go back to phase one and get those few lbs off again with no problem. I have read that even the ones on Maintenance go back to phase 1 after their cheat day. I suppose its all part of the program, we just learn as we go along

Had WI this a.m. and down 1 lb... but.. gained 2 in muscle - whoo hoo!!! All the walking is really paying off

I guess this is a way of life going to phase 3 and then back to phase 1. At least we have that option.

I can't imagine how good, well great, I will feel at 170, considering how good I feel at 275! I guess it could be the ketosis talking and no "white" crap in my diet. I will have to remember that going into maintenance...not to worry about for a while.

oh these are the IP soy puffs so it's ok! i was tempted to go for some ritz but grabbed the puffs instead. I think if i only buy the IP products i like i am more likely to stick with it. kwim?

Hi there! I normally go into the office, today was just a random day i was able to work from home. at the office i feel like i have more control because i have no temptation. i have been pretty good with my journal to date. i'm not even get near a scale till i go back to the dr. thanks for the support!

Had my weigh in today. Lost 2 lbs! Closer to goal, my coach said I can move to phase 2 next week if I lose 2 more lbs!
