Don't forget to check out the clothing exchange thread, let people know what size you are needing..you never know what someone may have sitting in their closet that is too big for them.
Thanks I did not know we had one. Have a great day

I'll be trying the cauliflower popcorn next weekend - I'm interested to see how it reheats! We did the cauliflower couscous with an Indian spice pack and it was so good, my hubby left me nothing for my lunch!

I just got my first shipment of Miracle Noodles (fettucinne, angle hair, & rice) and Sugar-Free FitNutz powdered peanut butter. I was hoping adding some would help make a thai peanut stirfy (1 tbsp = 30cals/1.5g fat/2g carb(1 fiber,0 sugar)/3g protein). It has peanut powder, granulated peanuts, erythritol (sugar alcohol), & salt.

Anyone have 'experience' with FitNutz? I looked on the forum and couldn't find much IP related stuff. I'm hoping it takes the chemical 'edge' off the WF peanut spread (I 'almost' like it, everything else I've had to trash - except the 1000 Island, makes a dreamy Big Mac in a Bowl!).

From the boards today - everyone is doing great!!
Not so much in my experience. I just threw out a bunch of cauliflower and zucchini I made with garlic powder, chilli powder and salt.

ANYONE KNOW HOW TO MAKE ZUCCHINI SO IT DOESN'T TURN TO MUSH?

To simplify vegg, I like to to chop a whack of veg, cucumbers, bell peppers, asparagus, radishes, bit of onion and celery ... could also add some cabbage, broccoli and cauliflower .... I keep this chopped mess in the fridge and dish out two cups topped with lettuce to use for a lunch. If I need a protein at lunch I add a can of tuna, two hard boiled eggs two more cups of veg and as much lettuce as I like, top it with WF sweet onion dressing and there's lunch with 4 cups of veg for two days.

And through it all - hungry!! Gah!

I suspect that in time this will ease but for now - yikes! Any thoughts or tips would be greatly appreciated!

I have gum when I get hungry and water or pickles don't work. It keeps me chewing which makes me forget I'm hungry - plus it satisfies my sweet tooth

I am starting the IP cleanse today. It's a three week program. I'll let you know how it goes.....

I'll be interested to read your comments as I found out that my IP centre recommends the IP cleanse after 4 weeks. I didn't know that was part of the plan and I find it a little scary...Hopefully it is gentle...

I pay 28.50 for the RTD drinks and 4.75 individually and the other 2 I pay 27.00 or 3.86 seperately.

The prices that I am quoting are for all items, except I have never bought the shakes so I am not sure about those. Tax in Sask is 10%

I also make a huge jug of decaf coffee and use an entire RTD vanilla (I 'heart' lots of cream) for my version of iced coffee at breakfast.

I've read here first (and seconded by my coach) that 2 egg whites are 'free' and we have unlimited spinach (or any salad). And I wouldn't feel to guilty if you go over the 2 eggs either, at 20 calories of all protein it's better to throw in an extra egg white than starve yourself into a cheat!
Spinach is not unlimited, this is one of the select vegetables that we are allowed. Lettuce such as iceburg and romaine are unlimited.
