Feeling ecstatic today! First weigh-in and I lost 5.5lbs and 13 inches! Feeling so motivated to reach my goal!

Remember there is no such thing as "only losing", any loss is great! After great starts of 6, and 4 pounds a week when I had a loss of 2 pounds I wanted to say "only 2" pounds, but really it was more than I ever lost in a week on any other plan.

Good for you, and hang in there.
