I've done it a lot, or split my protein up and had half at lunch and half at supper. It has not affected me at all.

has anyone noticed things that you are in control of that effect your weight lost- beyond staying 100% OP?
-I saw somewhere that someone thinks turnips slows them down
-drinking above and beyond the water amount
any other "little things" that you have noticed?

Howdy everyone! I am a 3FC newbie and this is my first week on IP, I have my first weigh-in tomorrow and am excited to post my results!

I'm making my first food order (after the intro Variety Pack) of Vanilla Pudding, Chicken Soup, and Raspberry Jelly - along with a 7pack swap of my restricted items for Cripsy Cereal. I made the pancake recipe and it was DELICIOUS!

I'm curious to try the Miracle Noodles as well. I've done a bit of lurking and am in love with this forum, such a great support and seeing everyone's success is very motivating!

I have noticed that the more water I drink, the more weight I lose. It make up to 1-2 pounds difference for me in a week if I don't drink as much as usual. I try to drink at least 5 32 oz glasses a day.

Not too big of a mishap... just mostly noticed the crotch stretched half way to my knees, and the straps kept slipping! Can't wait till I can buy a suit w/o a dress attached!!

I know this has been asked and answered at least 100 times but I was thinking about trying the miracle noodles but don't know where to buy them. Do you have to order them online and if yes, which site is best.

I do this quite a lot because of working lunches. My coach said that it was fine to do this. I find that it is helpful for me to still bring some veggies to snack on before or after lunch though because most of the time I end up with just salad and a protein for lunch. Bringing the extra veggies covers me for the 2 cups and keeps me from feeling starving by the time dinner comes around.

Hi, I started IP 3 weeks ago and am loving it. Actually have hope for the first time in a long time. I go for my 4th weigh-in tomorrow and am hoping to lose at least 2 more lbs. Wish me luck and thanks for reading.

Just wanted to say you are an inspiration. We are the same height and your weight loss record is what I anticipate. A lot at first and then 2 or so lbs a week. Thanks and keep up the excellent work.

Does this work for you? I ran out of restricteds...except for chili and I don't like it...so I have not been having any for a week. Seemed like I was dropping quickly (3 lbs in about 3 days) but now I'm back up 3, and it's not going away!

I mostly add them in to my stir-fries, but I did a chicken noodle soup with them too. They absorb the flavor of whatever you're cooking in

my clinic sells them but I got an awesome deal on Amazon for $5 for 6 packs, around $8 with shipping
