Yesterday was tough, I was hungry all day which in turn made me a little irritable and grouchy and it was all I could do just to get through the day. I was getting ready to make my dinner when the doorbell rang, It was the pizza man, standing there in the moonlight with 2 large beautiful pizzas. I thought to myself, YES!, there is a God. Then as he walked away after I told him " I am sorry you have the wrong address" I thought to myself, yes, there is a God and he tests us now and then and he gives us the will to make the right choices.
Here's to another 100% on plan day!

Just because I felt so different this morning, I got on my at home scale and holy did I literally got a wake up call......I hit the onederland!!!!! I got off the scale out of disbelief and got on again and it was the same. I am so super excited that I cannot even contain myself. I can't stop smiling. Today is a great day!!!!

I got off the scale out of disbelief and got on again and it was the same. I am so super excited that I cannot even contain myself. I can't stop smiling. Today is a great day!!!!
HOORAY for you! Crazy how our bodies tell us something is different. I felt that way one day last weekend, so I got on the scale and I had dropped 2 pounds literally overnight. I hope to be joining you in onederland very soon! Congrats!

Today is day one for me. I love reading all the posts on here. I've spent past couple of days reading, reading, reading to get ready for today since i'm doing alternatives. I'm excited to find you all here and learn from you all.
discovered a fun way to do restricters last night. I cut up 4 of my favorite bars into 1/4ths and had one of each. I had a plate of petits fours and I felt like I was in heaven... two bites of all my favorite flavors!
Not obese, found onerland and fended off a wayward pizza devil...amazing things are happening this friday! Wonder what is instore for the weekend?!

I have never thought if it that way.... "discipline is a muscle". I try to take each challenge/ craving/ temptation as they come and each is an individual victory. I usually feel it's always a sacrifice I've made to not cheat... I'm now going to put a positive spin on it. I'm not missing out- I'm gaining strength... And each time it will get easier, not harder. Thankyou for this insight!!
