Default Land O Lakes Seasonings: Phase 1 - Best way to use them?

Hello all!
I just purchased the new Land O Lakes Seasonings which I learned about on this website. They are phase 1 compliant. Purchased all of them on the web since my many local stores don't carry them yet.

What is your favorite way to use them?

At 0 fat, 0 carb and 5 cal per teaspoon, and so many flavors (google if you need to learn more about them - so much info on the website which I don't recall right now), there are lots of obvious ways to use (sprinkle on veggies and grilled fish and poached eggs), but bet with the creativity of this group, there are some incredible other ways to use them that really help staying true to the IP diet.

Thanks in advance for your ideas!
Chloe

If you are talking about the Land O Lakes Cheese sprinkles...the serving size is actually 1/2 teaspoon. I wasn't really thrilled with them since 1/2 teaspoon doesn't go very far and I didn't perceive all that much flavor from that small of an amount of product. I was concerned about using more to achieve some flavor because I know they made the serving size as small as they did so they could report zeros in the nutritional information. If they made the serving size a reasonable amount I'm sure we would be shocked at the numbers. So be careful to measure the amount you are using...don't just sprinkle it on thinking you aren't using very much.

Hi, thanks for mentioning that. I'll have to be careful, but I do find the ranch and cheddar cheese to have more pronounced flavor than some of the others.
