Talking Need to share!!!
I just had my 4th weigh-in today and I am officially down a total of 20.2 lbs! I'm so excited to pass the 20 lbs mark. I was kinda feeling down because my old pants still fit in the waist, so she measured me and I have lost 4 inches in my waist and 13 inches total! I guess my pants were tighter in the waist than I realized!

3 more lbs and I will be under 200 lbs for the first time since since I got pregnant the last time. (He's turning 3 this month!) And 5 more lbs until I reach my first 25 lbs goal!

How awesome. Congratulations.

I have been told that the weight comes of first where it was gained last. For me that would be my legs but I've lost all over. So much for that

AWESOME, Way to go, this just encourages me. I am working on the end of my 2nd week. Tuesday will be my 2 weigh in. Hoping for 5lbs

Awesome! Congratulations! I have to say it has been the most successful and consistent diet I have ever been on, and I have tried many! And I don't feel deprived on it that often. Dinner with family, and you can have your cookie at the end of the day. Some of the recipes feel like a huge cheat, yet they are totally IP(my new favorite is chocolate cake in a mug)

Good Job way to stick with it and reach some goals! I'm getting close (well closer) to being under 200 for the first time in quite a while too!! Doesn't it feel GREAT!!!

WAY TO GO! YOU ROCK!

LOL I know my pants are still fitting me and I thought just this mornign WOW they must have all been a lot tighter than I thought Poor people in my office having to see that!

Congrats!! I kept wearing my pants until the pant legs got too long Then when I bought a new pair they were 2 sizes smaller...great feeling!
