IP & Antibiotics
 

Hi All,

I searched the FAQ's and cannot find an answer. I have been on IP since 11/17/11 and have been full steam ahead 100% OP. This week I developed a sinus infection and today was prescribed high dosage antibiotics. I am concerned that this will wreak havoc with my body, since are bodies are tyring to flush fat out as well. I am not so concerned about not losing in the 10 days I am on the antibiotics, I am concerned that they will actually hurt me. Does anyone have experience, if so, please let me know what the outcome was.

I do have a call into my coach, but am kind of freaking out :dizzy:

You should be fine, take care of yourself first and just follow close to protocol as possible. Taking care of yourself is most important

I would say make sure you keep up with your water intake and make sure you take the antibiotics with some food (if allowed) since we have so little food in our systems, they may make you feel sick to your stomache of you don't eat. Good luck and feel better. Get lots of rest if you can.

I think this is were Google is a better (and selectively better informed) than we are. LOTS of information available and it seems pretty uniform.
