I've seen a few people mention a website for information on weight of food and serving sizes?? For the life of me I can't seem to find it, even with doing a search of the forum. Have been on here for over an hour looking now and really dont have the time to sit here and do nothing... Does anyone know the website I am talking about, or can attach a link to here, I'd really appreciate it.

April 2012-was down 56 lbs. had double knee surgery and horrible time getting back on track, wasn't in my head anymore!
Refocused, new start date June 16, 2013 start weight 236.8 lbs. weight today 222 lbs yeah me!!
