Well you're not alone. I've been off track for about 3 weeks and not sure why it's so hard to restart. However, I've enjoyed a few treats I haven't had for awhile--like glasses of milk and some fruit-- and think I'm ready to recommit for another round.

I've been off program for a month, and can totally relate! First it was the fun vacation, then I catch a crazy cold. Who wants to stay OP when coughing your head off? I know, enough excuses... I'm trying alternative, then coach calls, why am I skipping office visits. So I'm going for my 1st WI in 5 wks. yikes... Oh well face the music, getting back on track is hard after being off the plan for a while.

After being up 24 pounds from my low (about 17 above goal weight....the other 7 was extra I went below my goal).....I have been on plan for 17 straight days!!!!

Down 12 pounds. Going going gone

I did a 4 week reboot to get back on track and back to goal. I am now back on maintenance. I did the reboot on full fledged IP products because I feel like they work better for me.
