Mompattie, I cried and cried reading your post, I Am not a mom, but have been dreaming about it since forever and not too long ago I believed i was having all the symptoms of a pregnant woman only to find out I wasn't and this devastated me, so I can't even imagine how hard it is on you and your family to carry a baby full term and lose her! All I can say is stay strong, your kiss are blessings to be forever thankful for and your daughter is an angel not physically with you but always watching over you.

I want to report that its is after 10pm in here and I was 1000% OP. Not sure why it felt quite easy today, I didn't feel like struggling at all, no carbs withdrawal at all. I guess it is mainly because I put my mind into it and I vowed not to cheat, I knew I can do it

LOVE kale chips! My husband has kale growing in the garden right now, we love dinosaur kale, so yummy for chips! We use olive oil, kosher salt and a little red pepper flakes.

Thanks Sandra... all you guys are soooo sweet and awesome. I feel sooo much better tonight! Great job staying OP today! YOU WILL DO THIS! What was it Yoda said from Star Wars? "Do or no do. There is no try"

I don't spend all day on the computer so sorry I missed your post.

And you don't have any issues with constipation on this diet? I read your menu and it sounds like you're lacking in fibre, I was told by someone on here that cucumbers don't have much fibre in it.

UMMMMM...no disrespect here but I have been on the program now for 38 weeks, and have had no problems. I am doing great, thanks for your concern

Ok this is a site for me. I am OP 21 days now.and have not cheated at all and no desire to so. I quit smoking 23 years ago and gained 20 lbs. They've stayed and were totally uninvited visitors. Its time I felt, to give them "The Boot'. 2012 I decided is my year. I will be 59 in March so time I worked on Me.

Hugs to you mompattie. I totally agree with pamelama about your family remembering. Your loss has made me take a extra moment tho and thank God for my own two beautiful blessings. You are in my prayers.

I too have been OP 100% and I am quite proud of myself. This was my birthday gift to myself . I am a single mom so the decision to start IP was a tough one both mentally and financially. But, I crunched some numbers and made a commitment. Yes there have been times when I dreamt or though about other foods but, all you have to do is look in the mirror at the results to make you stay OP. (plus I would never want to go through week 1 again or go back on the meds that I have been able to discontinue)

This plan is the best! Hope everyone is having a good week!

I do the same thing with the cucumbers. I have one almost daily for either lunch of supper. I do however have issues sometimes. My Dr. said that Miralax daily as a preventative measure was perfectly fine. In fact that is what she used while on this diet herself. I probably would not have issues if I ate the salad but I do not like any of the dressings and there is no way I could eat any more than what I already do without blowing up so I do not eat it unless I am using it for a bun or wrap. Hope this helps
