The Molly Mcbutter Cheese Sprinkles has 1 teaspoon as the serving size and then shows 5 calories and 1g carb.

Just makes a person think...
Honestly, I don't measure it, I just sprinkle it for a little flavoring. Sometimes I am sure I use more than a "serving" but that is usually the only "extra" I will use in that day. I mean I don't use the whole bottle of it .....lol....This is what works for me though, everyone is different

Wuv,

that stuff is great and it is very flavorful, so 1/2t is more than enough for me, love it on broccoli. To the person hunting it down, it is sold in grocery stores and in Wal-Mart.

My back is killing me, too much cleaning the last few days, but man does the house look nice

I am not "cleaning" my house until Brandon leaves to go back to college. I just pick it up for now, my living room looks like a college dorm right now since that is where he lives when he is here. He did clean it up because he had friends over New Year's eve so lets see if he will keep it that way til Friday when he leaves!

Spring come early to upstate New York? I have no idea how in the world you can be restarting and focused at the same time?! Cleaning? I'd be afraid of putting the cat in the dishwasher and throwing the dog out with the garbage.
