you can have Tony's, you can have soy sauce get the lowest with sugars and low sodium. I wouldn't get the tenderloin because you don't know exactly what it is seasoned with.

I eat those premarinated meats all the time... I'm not sure if it slows me down or not because I usually have one or 2 a week... But got with your gut on how you feel.

I guess for the fear no diet has ever worked for me. My coach did not tell me all I could have. Can u do can't believe it is not butter or whostershire sauce? I got the chili and brocolli and cheese soup and the puddings to put in blender and make shakes. U got any good recipes or advice

yes, you can have the spray of i can't believe its not butter. I think you can have the whostershire sauce, not sure though. You can also have the butter buds or the land of lakes sprinkles. Where are you from?

I'm not a brocolli fan. But there are a ton for recipes on the stickies. As well as Stevens thread from finnland..

i stopped using Tony's when i started IP.... i only use sea salt & ms. dash products now. MUCH better than Tony's.... and i'm from south Louisiana. Tony's has way too much salt.

the first few weeks... keep it simple with the grocery store choices. I discovered the benefits of seasoning all my foods myself. You control what's in/on them.

Good luck!! It really is difficult at times... but worth the benefits! I feel better than i have in 10 years!

Get through the first few days of carb withdrawals and you will love this diet too. Good luck with your first week.

I too have stayed away from Tony's since I've been on IP...way too much "bad" salt. I haven't missed it at all. Celtic sea salt, fresh ground black pepper, garlic powder, cumin and various Mrs. Dash flavors work just as well.

We have another seasoning mix here called "Make You Slap Your Momma"!

I usually have a few pickles (2-3) when I need a lil snack . One of my favorites is the big mac bowl.....

5 oz Extra Lean Ground Beef
1/4 c finely chopped onion
1/4 c finely chopped dill pickles
3/4 c finely shredded iceberg lettuce
1 - 2 tbsp WF Thousand Island Dressing
1 oz Low Fat Cheddar

Directions:

Cook up extra lean ground beef, drain fat and return to pan and add seasonings of choice (I used garlic powder, onion powder, Mrs. Dash, salt & pepper). Remove beef from heat & mix in WF Thousand Island Dressing, pickles & onion Spread lettuce on plate, add beef mixture on top, sprinkle with cheese.
