Either every-other day as a regular packet or daily as an extra (4th) packet, which works out great for people who need to add extra for exercise or other reasons.
For people who want daily collagen boost, the chicken noodle soup and strawberry banana smoothie ARE complete proteins but are also collagen. These can be consumed daily.
