Default Ideal Protein cookbook

I just used the book for the first time tonight. We had Honey-Mustard Burgers with Asparagus. It was great and even my non IP eaters (husband and son) liked the meal. Looks like some great recipes. Can't wait to try them all.

Question

Which volume did you get? I am interested in getting an IPD cookbook, but I was told there were 3 or 4 volumes and I don't know which to choose!

I would get the lastest one if any, but its $50, its a hardback though with over 250 recipes. You can find all of the recipes and more here on this site in the sticky's on the first post of the daily thread

I bought the newest one, just came out I believe. My clinic was selling it for 39.00 dollars. Well worth the money so far. I'm a visual person, so I enjoy seeing the photos of all of the finished recipes.

Question

Thanks everyone! I love how supportive and helpful you all are I called the clinic I go to and they said it was $40 by Chef Verati and IP/hardcover...is that the one you're talking about?

They also said they had the other one by IP for $20/spiral bound (that is the one that has 4 volumes, but they only have volume 3 in stock).

You might have to call the 1-800 number to ask or check out the official website

That's the one I bought. They also sold the spiral bound book, but the new book looked a lot better from the quick look I gave it. I looked online and so far haven't found the new cookbook. I checked Amazon, but they only sell volume 2 of the spiral book from a used book seller who wants 20.00 for it.

Default Question!

I did this diet two years ago and lost 49 lbs in four months. I stopped doing it. Now I am doing it again cause I know it works!! I had bought this cook book from ideal protein ....volume 1. Loved it!!!! I took it to the store other day for quick look up and in the process I lost it. Looked everywhere! Checked front desk...nothing! Left info....it's been a week and no one turned it in someone stole it! I was wondering if anyone had volume 1 with the Asian porkchops recipe and the baby bok Choy salad recipe??? I have looked online everywhere and can't find it. My nutritionist doesn't have the one I want any more....help!
