I have been on it 10 weeks and noticed the same thing last week. It wasn't even like I was craving anything in particular, it was more that I was just hungry for real food!!! I did have an extra restricted one day for the crunch/chewing factor but other than that I just drank lots of hot tea. I have felt better these last few days...thank God!!!
I know that during that time I was in Ketosis (K Breath) so I don't know if the deeper we are in that may have an impact on how we are feeling...
Hang in there and don't beat yourself up over the cheat!!! Just remember...that one cheat may not make a difference on the scale, but if you have a good week, even subconsciously, your mind will tell you it is okay to cheat again. We need to stay OP so that we can get to maintenance and spend all this money we have been spending on food on NEW CLOTHES!!!
