Well, I guess I am going to have to throw in the towel on trying to make pudding cakes, muffins ect with alternative puddings. They just don't work like the IP packets do.They are fine on the outside. I leave them in the oven until they are a dark golden brown but they are soggy inside.
Did anyone else using alternatives find this too?
I read where some one suggested making waffles with the IP puddings. I'm wordering if that would work better with the alternatives than trying to make cakes.
If so it may be worth investing in a waffle iron.
