Disappointed.....had to UP my starting weight for a gain last week for the beginning of the challenge.

THIS is week I am already feeling much better and know I have a decent loss. Good luck everyone!

IT'S only Tuesday and we have already had some awesome losses Tchmky ..7lbs!!!...WOW....this is going to be a great challenge!!!

I can't wait to record my loss after weigh in today! Last week I wanted to record my -5 but realized the recording starts this week....waiting impatiently...

I better get back to work... wish I could get paid to be on this site all day.

I only lost 6 (Denise lost 7!) . It's feels weird saying "only lost 6", but so far that's my lowest weight loss. Although, I expect things to level out soon. There's no way I can keep loosing weight this fast (38 pounds in my first month). My wife hates weighing in with me... LOL.
