Happy friday to everyone

WI #8 today and glad to say lost 2 lbs considering TOM is visiting and even lost 1 inch everywhere. So happy that im ready to start the weekend but on the other hand not moving to phase 2 until next week instead of this week like i had originally planned. I was really worried about being on phase 3 on thanksgiving since my family cook goes all out for the holidays. I wasn't sure if I would be able to stay OP but my coach said that since I'll be finishing phase 3 by then, thanksgiving day will be my cheat day and I could proceed with phasing out the following day!! Super excited I love the holidays and now it gives me more of a reason to stay OP.
Well I hope everyone is having a great day

LOL so I stockpiled what I could and I guess I will have to make do. Glad I lost good this week because its motivated me to press harder and tonight our families are going out to celebrate my husbands college graduation but no cheating I swear! Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!
I TOTALLY AGREE!!! I've been out for a few weeks now.

My coach told me the same thing about the mango drinks that the head office is out of them as they are SO popular. I have one left sitting in my fridge. I want to have it but don't as it's my last one.

The downfall for me is that I didn't get any warning so she's been totally out and didn't have the chance to stock pile.

sounds simple enough!! thanks that will be my dinner tomorrow thanks for sharing

Sounds delish!!! Check your meat tenderizer, mine has MSG and that is a no-no on IP, can't have it.

I never weigh myself except with the Coach, but every so often I try on some of my clothes. Today, my size 12 shorts were lose! I was able to take them on and off without undoing any buttons or zippers! Small NSV! Fortunately I have a huge variety of sizes in my closet due to my yo yo dieting ways.......

Hope everyone has a successful and awesome IP day.

Has anyone been to Applebees while on the plan? I've been avoiding most restaurants because it's just cheaper and I know for sure what I'm getting at home. I've braved Ruby Tuesdays but I really want Applebees tonight after we take the girls bowling. What would you suggest? I'm thinking a steak. If you ate there how did it affect you? Thanks!
