So I went to my clinic today, which has only been doing IP for a few months.
Every question I ask, no one seems to really know the answer, I have learned MUCH more about IP here than I have there! Question: Is TOFU allowed on phase one? The food list sheet says yes, but I have read on another thread that a client was told no. Veterans?

Hi Elizabethjk - I am a newbie too (one month so far) but my coach says tofu is fine. I've had it several times so far with no problem.

Yes, Tofu is allowed

My coach said yes to tofu, but made it clear it was suppose to be plain.
