Thanks Everyone!
Thanks everyone for the information about the excess skin. I haven't even started my program yet and I feel so much better "armed for success"!

Do you really 'like' it colley, my coach said some people gagged. But as you remember (maybe?) I was gagging on the jello LOL. So I was timid, but now that you guys are talking about it I'm thinking I may need to just try. Do you still get your 3 packets a day when you drink it?
****WEIRD THAT IT POSTED TWICE lol

Wow, what a day!! Lost 1 lb at WI today, probably would have been more but TOM is here. I felt "skinny" yesterday in my size 9/10 jeans and I wouldn't have even tried to get them on today. Oh well, next week I should have a better week than usual. Oh, the joys of being a girl!!

Afternoon, everyone. Great discussion again today.
I caught a cold or something and I am missing my comforting Chai tea and not wanting to do the vegetables at all. I had maple oatmeal with cinnamon instead - it helped the need for comfort food.
Weigh-in was today. 3.2# lost and 7 more inches. For a total of 8.4# and 18 inches in two weeks. It is certainly working - I wish I was no so impatient. I already need to buy new clothes - but don't want to until I'm at goal. I'm feeling frumpy in my baggy jeans. That is still better then feeling like a stuffed sausage in them.
I think I'll go take a nap now if I can get the dogs to settle down.

Few things:
1. THank you for the grocery store conversation link. I will look at that-it will be great!
2. The chocolate pancake muffins. Only Eh. Anyone else made them? Any suggestions for the rubberness? They did kind of fill me up though.
3. Owning up to my first cheat. Something just came over me and two good sized handfuls of chili-cheese fritos went into my mouth! (I am totally blaming hormones for this!) I have done so well for 3-1/2 weeks and been so super good and disciplined about giving in to temptation, and haven't really even wanted anything that much. We have even had these fritos lurking around the house for 2 weeks and I have been able to resist. Not sure what happened but now I am feeling guilty! Anything I should do except push the water more? (I drink over 100 oz. per day anyway!). luckily my weigh-in is not until next Tuesday so I have 5 days to redeem myself. I am kicking my butt back 100% OP. No.More.Cheats-not even one bite!!

I found when I started the trick was to not leave big gaps in btwn each protein pack. I usually start my day with the capiccino heated up (it is delicious), at lunch I have my bar/ridges with a large salad, cucumbers and green peppers, at about 3:30 I have the chocolate pack but I heat it and have it as a hot chocolate (it is very rich), then I have dinner around 6:30pm. The trick is to not go long periods of time without eating.... Hope this helps.

I am the same as you. I tend to lose my weight up top first. I keep trying on pants but they are not that much loser....however my shirts certainly are. Hopefully the bottom half will catch up soon!

I think because you are soooooo close to your goal that you are already feeling better about yourself...hence the cheat! I bet they dont make much of difference, but obviously try not to do it again. good luck staying OP!
