I'm game! I loved my pizza meal and I seriously only added about 2tbsp.

Great new profile picture by the way.

Omega 3's you can definitely get way cheaper, a bottle 4 times bigger for the same cost.

I am new to IP, but I read on another thread that some get theirs at Puritans Pride. I got all mine there (except the Cal/Mag, I found that at my local GNC). They were all combined and shipping less than one bottle through IP. Just an option if you want to go that route.

My husband on the other hand hasn’t had any issues with the diet and doesn’t get cravings like I do ( I love bacon and cheese so image what im going through here!) We decided to eat out tonight for the first time. We are going to Red Robin. Any suggestion on what to get that won’t completely blow it?
At Red Robin I believe they have a bunless burger on the menu. Just tell them to leave everything off but the lettuce and tomato. You could also see if they offer a chicken breast item of some sorts. We eat out a lot and I usually get either meat, chicken or fish and ask for a steamed vegetable. I also remind them I don't want butter on anything.

Funny, it just seems that the info they give us can differ so much from location to location. I have a whole list, besides lettuce that is considered unlimited vegetables.

Omega 3's I got at wally world, the one a days either women's or men's are cheap at Wally world, not as cheap as Costco or Sam's Club though.
Cal\Mags I got at Amazon for 300 for $9.00.

can anyone from Canada let me know what they pay for a box of IP products?

I'm just curious as there is a lady in my town (the only one with IP actually) who is selling IP products for $36 a box. That seems high to me!

a friend of mine is going to meet with this lady tomorrow so I will no more then... she is not a coach though... her sister is an IP coach in a different province and apparently, she is signing up people under her.

thanks!

That sounds very high, mine are 27ish (around there). "she's not a coach"...hmmm...sounds fishy. If I was in your shoes, I might be tempted to report it.

for the person asking about cost per box, our clinic in town charges $27.
