I know I read somewhere here that there is a chewing gum that is allowed during phase 1, but couldn't find it when I searched.
Does anyone know the name of it? The killer breath is getting to me.

Good morning everyone. I'm sipping on my blueberry pomegranate cocktail this morning and thankful I don't have to think to much about making food today because I'm going to crack down on my term paper that is due Sunday before my oral surgery on Thursday.

Jodi - IP does sell chewing gum. It is pretty good. Ask your coach about it.

Good morning all! We dropped below freezing last night and are expecting our first snow soon. :-) I love cold weather. My mini-goal for this week is not to weigh myself every morning. I've done so for the past three weeks and its starting to drive me crazy. I'm going to try twice a week for now.

I chew Spry, which is made with xylitol, and Dentyne Fire (cinnamon), which is made with sucralose. I can only find Spry in health food stores, but the Dentyne Fire is everywhere.

I had my first weigh in last night. I lost 14 lbs my first week! I lost an inch off my chest, waist and hips and half an inch from my arms, legs and neck. My coach told me this is a record for her office  . I'm on cloud 9.

Hi,
I found the Dentyne Fire Cinnamon is the only one among Dentynes not to have aspartame.
Some other members also mentioned other shewing gum, but I don't remember the name since I don't believe I've seen them anywhere, but I find the Dentyne everywhere especially at the dollar store.

I found Trident Cinnamon with sucrolose. I need my gum!! And I haven't really started Ketosis yet....
Day 2 for me so not much to report except that I am still OP.

Wearing an old pair of my daughter's size 10 jeans (too big for her) today.... YEAH!!! Still struggling some days not to eat, like last night when I made spaghetti pie for the family (ugh!) ...but OHHHH this feels good! I looked in the mirror today when I put them on and said out loud "It is worth it... It is sooo worth it!" Just a cheer to those of us who struggle this week to keep on keeping on.... we feel like different people with the weight off. We can, and we ARE really doing it~!! Hurray. Go IPers! Go us!!!

NSV for me this morning. Tried on a pair of jeans that my friend gave me last Friday and they fit!! They are a size 9/10!! I may not fit in any other size 9/10's right now, but darn it! those fit and I am loving it!!
