what do you do to keep a fresh mouth? I have read on here that gum isn't allowed and I chew a lot of it.... any ideas?

I chew 1-2 pieces a day. my coach said as long as it is sugarfree I could have it

My coach told me only Binaca or cloves, basically no fake sugar free stuff. But truthfully I couldn't find Binaca, so I just picked up some sugar free mints. I only take one or two a day if that. Hasn't been a problem so far.
