I'm heading to Scotland for a week, which involves a bus tour with several included meals. Taking some bars, puffs and dressings with me, and we'll see how it goes.

hahah... Thats funny! I am always cold at work. I think its because my boss is half way through menopause and thinks its always hot in here...

I am glad its mostly sunny here 90% of the time, I don't think I could handle all of the rain y'all get up there and the cold temps....I wish it stayed in the 50-60's all year long that would be soooooo nice!

I know what you are saying, I did 7-day rotating and they are poo-pooh. I would keep a bar with you and nibble on it, unless you are in a clean room or something. I worked several yrs. in a clean room and only coming out once a day for bathroom/food and H2O, there are some tough on the body jobs in a different way than construction. lol. Good Luck to you, I know when I did those shifts, plus overtime, I never knew what day or time it was.
Yeah, long rotating shifts are hard for keeping a decent food schedule. On a positive note though, I work in a Pulp and Paper Mill, and basically have the freedom to roam and do my job as I see fit. Im not sure I could handle the clean room and only leaving it once a day. With all the water Im drinking, I HAVE to have several bathroom breaks as well, lol.
I have be SO worried about if I was timing things right and following the protocol best as I could to fit my schedule, but this morning I woke up with bad breath, ewww. But I was actually happy about it in a way because I am taking it as a sign I am in ketosis, which means I must be doing something right. Right???? Oh, and I am down 10 lbs from my first WI on 10/5..yeah!!
How come when you are short? (or really short like me..4'10") when you gain 5lbs it looks like 20, but if you loose 5 it doesnt???
That is just not fair!
