Default Walden Farms "Blueberry" Spread

I found some jars of walden farms grape, apricot, and blueberry spread (no carbs, fats, sugars) at a reduced food store so I bought them. Now since I cannot eat bread or crackers, I am at a loss as to what to eat them with? The stuff looks really good, but I could use any suggestions?
Thanks

DO NOT try their Bacon Ranch dressing. It's so gross lol. I'm not sure about the jellies. Maybe use them as a yogurt topping for breakfast.
