I also have a box of True Lemon crystallized lemon substitute and it also is 0's for everything. 2 packages of this = 1 TBSP of fresh lemon juice, or 1 pkg = 2 fresh lemon wedges. You can also get this in the lime packages.
Do you think either 1 of these would be okay to use instead of the fresh lemons since there are no carbs in it?
If they say "0" for everything, then I'd say it's fine. It's probably like the WF products, just use in moderation. As it has been discussed before, labeling could be deceiving as companies are allowed to claim "0" when there is less than one gram, so technically it may be 1/2 g (of Carbs, fat, etc), in which case it may add up. So yeah, I would still use it, just in moderation. I use the True Lime from time to time. I'm sort of a lime addict

Has anybody had any experience with these?
I just tried it before I ate dinner (wasn't sure if there was a specific time)

Basically the read out is
Negative
5 (trace)
15 (small)
40 (moderate)
80 (large)
160

Mine showed 5 - trace
Now I'm really wondering what the heck I am doing wrong.....
Emailed my coach but haven't heard back from her yet
Would love to know if others have tried and what their readout was
Because we drink so much water on IP, you may never show more than trace amounts. The water dilutes everything.

Well looks like we had a pretty active thread today. Lots of newbies welcome and looks like we had some great WI's....CONGRATS on those. I have been on the beach watching the classic cars go by for Cruisin the Coast here on the Mississippi Gulfcoast, there was a nice breeze and it was a beautiful day. I will be doing that for the next 3 days!! My mom and brother are coming into town tomorrow, so we have a grill, water and veggies all ready for the weekend!

Okay DO NOT TRUST the LABELS, I have been told by a couple of coaches that even though they are allowed to say 0/0/0 they may have up to .99 so if you have 10 of what ever, that is 9.9 gms of whatever.

isn't that such an empowering thought, knowing that you can do it this time? I love this diet even though I am where I am, I am so much further ahead then I was last year.

Just to reinforce what 2RIDE says, the juice of one lemon (48 grams) equals 11 calories, .17g protein. 3.31g carbohydrates, 1.21g sugars, .12g fat, and .1g fiber. I seriously doubt that concentrate can lose all nutrients but the info for Realemon isn't available on the USDA site. However, under "lemon juice, canned or bottled," the nutrients are the same. Hope this helps.
