Eat it when you get home. Sometimes I don't have my snack until after 10-10:30. Eat all of your packets on the day you are suppose to eat them, don't wait until the next day to do so

I am a night owl so I tend to eat mine between 7:30 and 9...I personally think this is ok, the idea of the nighttime snack is to ensure our bodies get the protein so that while we sleep we are not reverting to burning fat.
Hope this helps.

Some days I have mine pretty late as well. On Saturday I had mine at 11:30pm and scarfed it down so that I had it before midnight...lol. Not something I do often but once in a while its out of my control what time I can eat.

My coach told me to eat it right before bedtime. She said you don't want your body going after your lean muscle during the night if your body starts to get hungry. For the same reason she told me not to go longer than 4 hours between eating protein.

Another night owl too! One thing coach suggested was that I not eat my restricted item after 8PM either have it earlier or have a non-restricted item if it was later. But each body is different if you are losing the weight still that's what counts.

Same here, my coach said not to eat the restricted item at bedtime. Not a problem because my favorite is the bars and I usually eat one for breakfast with a cup of tea.
