I've got another question about spices. I'm getting a little tired of the same spice on my fish and cauliflower every night, but every blend that I picked up today had orange peel in it. What do you think, yay or nay?

Actually exercising isn't recommended by most coaches on the IP diet because of the low calorie count. I still take walks with my kids and wear both my 3 year old and 16 month old when we're out and about. I think you should be fine.

That's an awesome way of looking at it. I love surprises, maybe next week I will look at it that way and not weigh myself every 5 minutes.
Navymom..I would look up the carb content online..If the spice does not have any carbs, it might be OK.
I drink Tazo Wild sweet orange tea..and have had no problems with loss.

I hear you on the spices. I seem to craving new spices. I look for salt free seasonings. I like the Mexican spice, the Creole Cajun Spice and Curry.

I was surfing through the Weight loss support thread and stumbled across this and found it to be interesting.....when you are retaining water.....try squeezing lemon juice into a cup of hot water and drinking that at night...especially around TOM, if I am due for WI, then I make sure to do that the night before and it helps tremendously

WUV ..that is a good idea to so before the weigh in. I always sprinkle vinegar on things hoping for the same result.

That is a great loss.
I also get orders to go for my family and drive home with the smell!
I plan to start Ph3 when I hit 130. Because I would like to see the scale at 135 in maintenance and no higher so it is my "buffer" weight. Hoping to be there next week but I'm completely torn, excited and nervous to start ph3 at the same time.

Congratulations on the 60lbs JellyMae!!!!! Thats awesome! It looks like it was Big Mac in a bowl night on here tonight. I had it too and my kids were like "Why haven't you been making this for us before!!" I even managed to get them to try some turnip "fries" which I thought weren't bad at all.

Wuv - I'm all caught up, thanks for the reminder. With the scale moving so slowly these days, it's not much of a contribution

You are welcome, I know what you mean being between sizes. I work at home so I wear the same shorts and tanks everyday and when I go some where I have to find something that looks decent on me. My mom bought me 2 new shirts that should be coming in the mail next week so I can't wait.

Oh since we are all talking about winter coming sooner, if you don't have a jacket Woman Within has a parker/jacket for $3.99 with a $25 purchase and its purple! (my favorite color) mine in in the mail!
