are these products okay all the time??? also I remember reading about some sort of noodles that were okay in phase 1???
Yes, you can have WF all the time but in moderation. The noodles are called Miracle noodles. When you buy them they are in water and usually near the Tofu section.
All of the reviews on the miracle noodles (including my mother) are that if you can get past the fishy smell when you first get them out of the package, then they take on the flavor of whatever you cook them with. You need to rinse them for a minute or so to get rid of the fishy smell and then cook for a minute or two.
Apparently, the angel hair ones are the best. I haven't tried them yet, because I'm afraid they'll effect my losses. They're 0/0/0, yet I'm just nervous.
What happens to me if I don't eat lettuce? I don't really like lettuce all that much but I have been putting on my big girl pants (no pun intended) and eating it because I was told to. I looked at my salad today and almost gagged (dramatic I know). Will I burst in to flames or worse yet gain pounds? Thanks for the information in advance.

OOPS! Wrong thread. Sorry, I will post in the daily chat as I meant to in the first place!!! BUT...are the syrups good? I tried the chocolate dip and didn't like it. I was thinking about trying the carmel as well...any opinions?

The only Walden Farms product I would use on a normal basis, even when I get on maintenance is the pancake syrup. It tastes like the real thing, so good!
I just got the ranch dressing, the asian dressing and the french onion dip. I've only tried the ranch and while it wasn't great it made eating salad a lot easier.

The Asian is quite possibly my #1 WF product. French onion dip sounds really good though, what are you going to do with that one? Dip veggies?
