I use the thousand island for my salad and use the maple syrup on pancakes and also to sweetened the crispy cereal.
I also have the balsamic but don't like it on salad, too salty but i use it with veggies..I saute veggies in a pan (that's how i use my oil too), add some balsamic dressing and a bit of splenda and cover it, makes a sorta sweet and sour sauce, sometimes i'll add whatever protein i have in it and let it simmer (i don't put too much dressing that there's any liquid left). i did that today and put my salmon (cooked) in it and its delicious.
