Default Tomatillo's

anyone out there have any experience eating Tomatillo's and successfully loosing weight. Just wondering because I have HUNDREDS in my garden right now that are almost ready to pick.

My coach said I can have them. But they are an "Occasional" vegetable. The "Occasional" vegetable list includes brussel sprouts, green beans, eggplant, palm hearts, etc. You are allowed to choose two items ONLY per week from this list.
