Default ? about sweating

I started IP last Monday. As of this Tuesday I had lost 11 pounds. Which is great. My only problem has been sweating. I seem to get over heated easily. Before starting I hardly ever drank. I drank no more then 16oz a day. My kids said it is because I am drinking all of the water. Has anyone ever had this problem?

Thanks

Yesterday I had to turn on the feet of my heated mattress pad on my bed because my feet were so cold.

I attributed any sweating to perimenopause.
