Morning everyone! Had some friends visit from Australia last night, we went to a state park and talked for hours. They pulled out a bottle of red wine and I indulged in a glass. I was in a rough space yesterday and could not resist. But it didnt knock me out of ketosis and I am right back OP 100% today.
Have a great OP day everyone.

My first weigh in since I started round #2 on IP last Monday. Down 3 pounds. Not as good as round #1, but I'll take it!

Happy Monday to all!

Good Morning,
First I wanna thank everyone who helped me out yesterday with your suggestions on my LBP(low blood pressure) problem I was having for a few days.I did exactly what you suggested I took 1/4 teaspoon of my Himalayan Salt in the palm of my hand and chased it down with tons of water, all I can say is that it saved my life and I had one of the best days since starting IP energy to spare

Morning all. Well, I got a call last night that my work is closed today. With all the flooding and downed power lines from Irene the officials have called all the businesses in our town and asked us to close. I work at a company that has about 3000 employees on our campus alone!

So, now that I'm home today I think I'll take a walk and enjoy my time.

Have a super day everyone!

I feel like I could shout this from the rooftops but I only sent a text to my hubby because nobody else would really care anyway.....except my friends here. I unofficially hit 30 pounds exactly this morning and I am now half way to goal! It's all down hill from here! (In a good way!) Something about losing 30 sounds much better than losing 20 to me for some reason. And I'm sure 40 will feel even better and so on. So, I'm just a little excited this morning. Crossing my fingers it takes a few friends by official weigh in Thursday!

Have a great Monday!
