Did I throw myself out of ketosis?
I wound up having about 6 oz of honey roasted turkey breast in a salad with cucumbers and mushrooms for dinner. Honestly, the kitchen was too hot to cook anything and the toddler was overtired and I just needed something quick.
It's very low cal, low carb and low fat, but still -- it's honey roasted! What was I thinking?
I don't think it's going to do much damage, but what do I know? I've only been doing this for 3 weeks. Any wisdom out there?
