I'm glad you think the flax seed is good! It really is nice. I did it with a little (1 oz) of the 0 carb grated parmesan cheese added into the mix while I was on maintenance (the period where I was doing well, not the slip up period
). It made a real nice parmesan chicken that way.
If I pan "fried" it I had to be careful not to get the pan to hot or the flax would burn.
